MH Williams Auto Builders is a subsidiary of MH Williams Construction Group, Inc., a nationwide licensed and insured full service Design and Construction Company building auto dealerships for more than 25 years. In that time, MH Williams has completed millions of square feet of building and site work. Our client list reads like a Who’s Who in retail dealerships, from Chevrolet and Ford to Toyota, Nissan, Infiniti, Porsche, Lexus and many others.

At MH Williams we pioneered Value Engineering more than 20 years ago – before it became a buzzword. We provided it first as a service to our clients and later as a “best practices” standard for all our building projects.

Today we bring together expertise in all aspects of construction management. This includes the selection of multiple qualified and competitive subcontractors who will meet or exceed all security and background requirements.
Our experienced project managers are experts in scheduling and marshaling the required materials to complete any job, of any size—from the routine addition to a complex renovation or new construction. To manage our projects, we use both Microsoft Project Manager and Primavera Contractor. For job costing and accounting duties, our experts use the Star-Builder Accounting System.
